Whisperer (Szeptucha in Polish) first appeared in my drawings few years ago, but I always envisioned her as a painting. Seeing her now, unfolding in color, feels like watching a vision finally take root and bloom. In Slavic tradition Szeptucha is a wise healer and guardian of hidden knowledge. She was perceived almost as a mystical figure who worked quietly, through whispers, nature, and intuition.
A little fragment I wrote:
Ancient stories tell of creatures that bloom under the starry night sky of spring. It is told that they whisper truths, soft as breath upon the stillness. But only those who know how to listen and shape the right questions can hear their voices. What is it that you long to know?
